Tel\u00e9fono para crisis 717 003 717.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>CONCEPTO DE SUICIDIO Y EL PARA SUICIDIO.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u201cEl <strong>suicidio <\/strong>es un acto con resultado letal, deliberadamente iniciado y realizado por el sujeto y a trav\u00e9s del cual pretende obtener los cambios deseados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl <strong>parasuicidio <\/strong>es un acto autolesivo sin intenci\u00f3n de morir, realizado para expresar malestar emocional, pedir ayuda o aliviar el sufrimiento. Se diferencia del intento de suicidio por la ausencia de intenci\u00f3n letal\u201d.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong>ALGUNOS FACTORES QUE INFLUYEN AL INTENTAR UN SUICIDIO.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Existen factores que podr\u00edan influir a la hora de intentar un suicidio, aunque el hecho de que est\u00e9n presentes no quiere decir que vaya a ocurrir.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Haber tenido un <strong>intento previo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Antecedentes de <strong>depresi\u00f3n <\/strong>o de otro <strong>trastorno mental.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Antecedentes familiares de suicidio o de violencia.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Antecedentes de <strong>abuso sexual en la infancia.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Padecer una <strong>enfermedad f\u00edsica<\/strong> o tener desesperanza.<\/li>\n<li>Abuso de<strong> drogas y alcohol.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Tendencias <strong>impulsivas <\/strong>y agresivas.<\/li><\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong>QUE COMPORTAMIENTO PRESENTA LA PERSONA QUE QUIERE SUICIDARSE.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La persona que quiere suicidarse suele presentar cambios en las emociones, pensamientos, h\u00e1bitos y en el comportamiento habitual con mucha m\u00e1s variaci\u00f3n que antes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tristeza<\/strong>. P\u00e9rdida de inter\u00e9s o motivaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Presencia de<strong> trastornos de sue\u00f1o y\/o de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aislamiento <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Cambios emocionales extremos.<strong> Labilidad emocional.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Incremento de <strong>consumos o conducci\u00f3n temeraria<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Expresiones verbales de <strong>desesperanza<\/strong>. Escribir <strong>notas <\/strong>de despedida.<\/li>\n<li>Despedidas indirectas. <strong>Entrega <\/strong>de <strong>posesiones <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Verbalizaciones <\/strong>sobre el suicidio.<\/li>\n<li>Acumulaci\u00f3n de medicamentos o armas (pastillas, cuchillos, sogas,etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mejor\u00eda repentina inexplicable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong>PAPEL DE LA FAMILIA.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; Un <strong>entorno familiar disfuncional, abusivo o conflictivo<\/strong> puede aumentar el estr\u00e9s y la angustia emocional de la persona, lo que a su vez puede contribuir al riesgo de suicidio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>falta de apoyo emocional por parte de los familiares<\/strong>, incluida la falta de comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y el sentimiento de soledad, puede hacer que la persona se sienta desesperada y sin esperanza.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si los familiares<strong> estigmatizan o no comprenden los problemas de salud mental<\/strong>, es menos probable que la persona busque ayuda y apoyo, lo que puede empeorar su situaci\u00f3n y aumentar el riesgo de suicidio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La presencia de <strong>antecedentes familiares de suicidio o problemas de salud mental <\/strong>puede aumentar el riesgo de suicidio en la persona, ya sea debido a factores gen\u00e9ticos, ambientales o una combinaci\u00f3n de ambos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si los<strong> familiares tienen armas de fuego, medicamentos u otros medios letales f\u00e1cilmente accesibles en el hogar<\/strong>, esto podr\u00eda aumentar el riesgo de que la persona se haga da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>*Siempre es necesario buscar ayuda donde un profesional pueda marcar pautas a seguir, estando o no en tratamiento. Tener un buen feedback terapeuta &#8211; paciente\/familias es un requisito indispensable para que haya una buena gesti\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong>ALGUNOS PASOS A SEGUIR CON PERSONAS CON CONDUCTA O IDEACI\u00d3N SUICIDA.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Tomar en serio cualquier advertencia.<\/li>\n<li>Llamar a los n\u00fameros mencionados anteriormente. Conocer los recursos de emergencia locales. Ten a mano los n\u00fameros de emergencia y l\u00edneas de ayuda psicol\u00f3gica de tu pa\u00eds o regi\u00f3n. En caso de una crisis, actuar de inmediato llamando a estos servicios.<\/li>\n<li>Buscar ayuda profesional y seguir pautas del tratamiento. Entender que es un proceso largo en el tiempo por lo que es necesario cuidarse a un@ mism@ ante dicha situaci\u00f3n, con actividades, momentos de soledad, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ofrecer apoyo emocional para que pueda comunicarse abiertamente, mantener el contacto diario. La sensaci\u00f3n de apoyo constante puede disminuir la desesperanza y el aislamiento.<\/li>\n<li>No juzgar o dar consejos, escuchar atentamente a trav\u00e9s de la empat\u00eda. Evitar comentarios como \u00abtodo estar\u00e1 bien\u00bb, \u00abhay gente en peores situaciones\u00bb, \u201can\u00edmate\u201d o \u201ccambia de actitud\u201d. En su lugar, usa expresiones como \u00abestoy aqu\u00ed para ti\u00bb, \u00abentiendo que est\u00e1s sufriendo y no est\u00e1s solo\/a\u00bb o \u201csi en alg\u00fan momento quieres que hagamos algo junt@s solo tienes que dec\u00edrmelo\u201d .<\/li>\n<li>Observar cambios en su estado de \u00e1nimo. A veces, una aparente mejora arrepentida puede ser una se\u00f1al de peligro, ya que la persona podr\u00eda haber tomado la decisi\u00f3n de suicidarse.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar cualquier medio de suicidio (tijeras, cuchillos, bol\u00edgrafos, etc). Cualquier objeto que termine en punta y que pueda ser usado para que la persona se haga da\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Mantener la calma y no dejar a la persona sola. En caso de tener que controlar a la persona, por las noche dormir con ella o dejar la puerta entreabierta.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar actividades protectoras. Motivar a la persona a realizar actividades de bienestar (arte, m\u00fasica, deporte, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Construir una red de apoyo, esto brinda supervisi\u00f3n y aumenta la protecci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong>COMO SE DEBE DE CUIDAR EL ACOMPA\u00d1ANTE DE UNA PERSONA CON CONDUCTAS SUICIDAD.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Establecer l\u00edmites saludables. <\/strong>No asumir toda la responsabilidad del bienestar de la otra persona. Reconoce que no est\u00e1 en tus manos \u00absalvarla\u00bb, pero s\u00ed puedes acompa\u00f1arla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buscar apoyo profesional.<\/strong> Asistir a terapia individual o grupos de apoyo para familiares y cuidadores. Esto ayuda a gestionar la ansiedad, la culpa y el agotamiento emocional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuidar la salud mental y f\u00edsica. <\/strong>Dormir bien, comer de forma adecuada y realizar actividades de autocuidado (hobbies, ejercicio, descanso) para evitar el s\u00edndrome de desgaste por empat\u00eda .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evitar el aislamiento<\/strong>. No enfrentar la situaci\u00f3n solo. Hablar con amigos, familiares o profesionales de la salud mental sobre lo que est\u00e1s viviendo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aprender sobre el suicidio y la salud mental. <\/strong>Conocer los signos de alerta y saber c\u00f3mo actuar ante una crisis. Esto reduce la ansiedad y aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de control.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practicar la autocompasi\u00f3n. <\/strong>No culparse por la situaci\u00f3n ni por los posibles resultados.
