Capacidad de reconocernos como personas valiosas, \u00fanicas y capaces. Tener una autoestima alta se caracteriza por la confianza en uno mismo y la capacidad de afrontar desaf\u00edos y miedos sin pensar constantemente que terminara por ser un fracaso mientras que la baja se manifiesta a trav\u00e9s de inseguridades, dependencia emocional y dificultad para tomar decisiones.<\/p><p>Ademas de poder tener una autoestima baja o alta tambi\u00e9n esta la autoestima fluctuante cuya valoraci\u00f3n personal depende de factores externos, aprobaci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s o la autoestima llevaba al extremo, como ejemplo; una autoestima sana se basa en un respeto mutuo mientras que si lo llevamos al extremo es una visi\u00f3n inflada y ego\u00edsta de uno mismo pudiendo desarrollar en una patolog\u00eda.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><h2><strong>IMPORTANCIA DE LA AUTOESTIMA EN LA VIDA DIARIA.<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>Una autoestima equilibrada influye en la toma de decisiones, as\u00ed como enfrentamos los retos y como nos percibimos en las relaciones personales y laboral.
